It’s constructed with a 3mm aluminium body that ensures faster heat distribution for more efficient cooking, while also preventing the hotspots that can cause burning.

It also benefits from an ultra-durable black diamond, stone reinforced non-stick coating – this is 7 times stronger than standard non-stick coatings, so it’s even suitable for use with metal utensils. Nano-crate technology means oil sits in the coating’s tiny ‘craters’, delivering superb coverage across the bottom of the pans and resulting in a more consistent cook.

Riveted steel handles provide comfort and control when carrying it to the table, and a vented glass lid allows you to check the progress of your food without the need to remove it. This pot is oven-safe, suitable for all hob types and is safe for dishwasher use.
